“It’s named Blackwax records after Gil Scott Heron, the poet and soul artist, something I’ve talked about doing for years. I only got the balls to do it recently we sell mainly hip-hop, soul, house, disco and raggae and after xmas the record label will be launched with everything getting a vinyl release and also a tee shirt range.”
